TURKISH MOBILITY REPORT

The Project mobility was held with 23 guest students ,6 teachers and 20 host students and 2 teachers.
On Sunday, the 14th November 2021 , Polond , Czechian and Spanish team partner
delegations arrived in Pazar/Rize, were accomodated by the hosts and offered a brief session about the region and city’s cultural, geographical and economic context.
On Monday, 15th November, the programme started with a school tour, getting to know the school environment and organization, followed by a welcome meeting with the headmasters’ team and the Turkish project team. Delegations had the chance to learn about pedagogical methodologies, activities, school curriculum options, entrepreneurship in environment.
After the school tour students gave a short presentation of the city and country . After a short coffee break the project was carried on with a meeting at the Town Hall with the District Governor and Mayor, as an opportunity to set an intercultural dialogue on the project theme and about the region’s administrative organization.
For dissemination , all the partners joined in Live Broadcast 14.00 Lunch at school . After the programme , everybody had lunch. A project meeting took place in the afternoon to discuss the activities.
On Tuesday, the 16th November, the activity programme started with students’ presentations of their beforehand literary productions in verses and continued with the brainstorming on different entrepreneurships, focusing mostly on the beauty industry and the startups in small scale manufacturing enterprises it generates .
A project meeting took place in the afternoon to go through the two year planning and to discuss the steps ınto the project: management documents,organization of LTTA, the tangible products to be made, dissemination plan and the mobilities calendar.
On Wednesday 17 th November , the programme included a documentary visit to iconic cultural places of interest to the project topic, such as: Rize Castle,Rize Museum,Botanic Garden and the traditional Rize fabric and goods factory. A city tour occurred. On the way back , the construction of the new airport in Pazar was seen .
Students presented their slights on “Practice Makes Perfect” All the partners gave a break and made a short meeting on the activities, discussed the next activities and disseminations. A city tour occurred.

An entrepreuner gave the steps to successful startups in production.Students were given a task (startup in production) and brainstorm ideas.Students presented its ideas to teachers and local entrepreneurs. They got feedback. They started creating a business plan
Topic Identification of human, financial, and material resources in a manufacturing company was held.
Students identified resources to put their ideas into practice and build on their startup ideas
Another entrepreuner gave a lecture on the topic of marketing strategy for manufacturing companies
Students identify the customer segment and based on that think about the most effective ways to promote their business idea and applied strategies to their own idea
On Thursday 18th November , with Czechian Spanish and Polond team partners.
, Turkish team realised a documentary visit to Zilkale castle, Historical sights , bridges and old fountains were visited. All the historical sights which date centuries ago were visited along the Fırtına Valley. And also all the partners went sightseeing on Fırtına Valley and Ayder which is one of the touristic destinations and the symbol of Rize.
In the afternoon, in the school garden a barbecue party was organized by the Turkish team with the Czechian Spanish and Polish team partners.
On Friday 19th November,
Çaykur Tea Factory, the symbol of the district, was visited.
An entrepenur gave a lecture on successful startups in the manufacturing industry.
As an entrepreneur of tea production, an expert gave a comprehensive guide to creating a great business plan such as executive summary, overview and objectives, products and services,market opportunities,sales and marketing,competitive analysis, financial analysis etc.
With a brainstorming ,studends discuss their opinions about how a successful business can be created

Students presented final business ideas. Feedback from entrepreneurs, local authorities, teachers were discussed. And Students gave a presentation and feedback about activities.
In the afternoon, at school, participants gathered for a lunch includes traditional dishes .The lunch was held to farewell the delegations by about 30 external community members: teachers, workers at school, students and local authorities having the opportunity to learn more about customs and traditions, about one to another, socializing.
Traditional folk dances were held among the students .
On Saturday 20th November, all participants in the mobility received their attendance certificates.
In the afternoon , a meeting occured at the Municipality Town Hall with the Municipality Mayor of Pazar , as an opportunity to set an intercultural dialogue on the project theme and about the region’s administrative organization.
At the end of the day,there was a meeting to go through and check all the decisions that had been made and make final deliberations: the placement test structure and content, the evaluation of the mobility in Turkey and the online tool for the creation of the final outcome“Practice Makes Perfect”
Interactive games and free time activities were held at school
On Sunday 21th November, all partner delegations left .
